Thank you for visiting and shopping at Namhla Collection. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please note that all orders are fulfilled by an external shipping company, The Courier Guy and PAXI (on request for rural areas).

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are charged at a flat fee of R100. Delivery delays can occasionally occur however, any delays in delivery are out of our hands and are neither a representation of how fast your order was dispatched by namhlacollection.

We will do our utmost best to help you locate it if there are delays, we are always here to help.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

International:

As we are a growing business please understand that at this stage we do not usually ship outside of South Africa, though we definitely plan on it.
